Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the paid plans?
The passes and the monthly plans share the same toolset — BOM, TCO analysis, proposal generation, project folders, version history and cloud save. Pro Monthly ($49.99 / 35 designs a month) and Premium Monthly ($89.99 / 60 designs) add the process flow chart. The passes are one-off credits valid for two months.
Do design credits expire?
Yes. Both the 5-pack and the 10-pack must be used within 2 months of purchase.
How do I pay?
Through PayPal. The checkout panel opens when you click the button, and you can pay with a PayPal account or a card. All plans are one-off USD payments with no auto-renewal.
Will I be charged again next month?
No. You are charged for one month only — there is no auto-renewal. When the period ends your account returns to Free, and you simply pay again if you want to continue. There is nothing to cancel.
What is the refund policy?
Monthly plans are fully refundable within 7 days if unused. Unused credit packs are also fully refundable within 7 days. See the Terms for details.
