1. General Policy

All transactions are processed securely via PayPal. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once the product or access has been delivered.

• You may request a full refund only if:
  • (a) You have not downloaded or accessed the digital product/service, and the request is made within 7 days of purchase; or
  • (b) The product is proven to be defective or technically non-functional, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days.

3. Cancellation

• Orders canceled before fulfillment or digital delivery will receive a full refund.
• Once fulfillment or access has been provided, the standard refund terms above apply.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us at kmiru2026@gmail.com with your PayPal transaction ID and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original PayPal account within 5 to 10 business days.
