Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern your use of the Dust Collector Designer SaaS service ("Service") operated by Mecha Mind ("Company").

2. Service

1. The Company provides dust collector design calculations, drawings/documents, and PDF reports.
2. The Service is provided 24/7, subject to maintenance and force majeure.
3. All calculations and drawings are for reference only and must be verified by a qualified engineer before construction or procurement.

3. Account

An account is created when you agree to these Terms and register via Google or email/password.

4. Pricing and Payment

1. Paid plans (monthly passes / multi-use passes) and prices are posted in the Service.
2. Payment: PayPal (all payments are charged in USD).
3. All prices exclude VAT and applicable taxes.

5. Refund Policy

Handled per Korean consumer protection law. Digital content/services may be non-refundable once provision begins (disclosed in advance). Monthly passes: full refund within 7 days if unused; pro-rated thereafter. Refunds: kmiru2026@gmail.com

6. Member Obligations

1. Members may not:
   • Use false information or impersonate others
   • Interfere with stable Service operation (mass automated requests, scraping)
   • Infringe Company's IP or third-party rights
   • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
   • Resell or redistribute the Service or its output without authorization
   • Distribute malware or otherwise harm the Service or other users
   • Violate applicable laws

7. Disclaimer

1. Calculations and drawings are based on industry standards, but final responsibility for design and construction lies with qualified engineers and the Member.
2. The Company is not liable for force majeure, member fault, third-party acts, or damages from applying output to construction without verification.
3. All calculation results and drawings produced by this program are reference data based on applicable international standards. Before actual fabrication or construction, a final review by a qualified professional engineer is required, taking into account on-site environmental variables (temperature, humidity, minor variations in material properties, etc.). The developer assumes no legal liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this tool.
4. Company liability is limited to amounts paid by the Member in the past 12 months.

8. Intellectual Property

1. Service software, calculation engine, database, and templates belong to the Company.
2. Design output generated by the Member belongs to the Member.

9. Privacy

See the Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

Korean law applies as governing law; disputes are subject to the court at the Company's principal office.
