- • Operating temperature ≥ acid dewpoint + 20 K margin
- • Casing and duct insulation 50–100 mm
- • Prevent cold-spot condensation at start-up with trace heating or N₂ purge
- • Thin margin: upgrade material SUS316L → Hastelloy C-276
